My printer is Canon MX 922 and is set as default printer. When I copy a document using the copy feature the printer is fine, cartridges have ample ink. When printing a Word document the text does not print. If the document has an image the image prints. Similarly does not print text from an Excel document. Any suggestions? Thanks, Bill Shaw
